Job Responsibilities: Improve the experience of businesses using the client's commerce platform.
Provide support via chat, email, and phone.
Assist with self-service products, post-sales, troubleshooting regarding products, and finance workflow.
Minimum Requirements: Native Spanish level and fluency in English (C1 / C2).
Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24 / 7.
