Responsibilities Scientific Promotion: Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.
Stakeholder Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance.
Medical Education : Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions.
Commercial Strategy Implementation : Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions.
Compliance and Ethics : Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: • Experience with hospital processes.
•Knowledge of key therapeutic areas relevant to the company's product portfolio.
•Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for reporting purposes.
