Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Specialist Representative, Sales to join our Immunology team located in the Center region.
Responsibilities Scientific Promotion: Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.
Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance.
Medical Education: Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions.
Commercial Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards.
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills Experience with hospital processes.
Knowledge of key therapeutic areas relevant to the company's product portfolio.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for reporting purposes.
