Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Specialist Representative, Sales to join our Immunology team located in the Center region.
ResponsibilitiesScientific Promotion: Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.
Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance.
Medical Education: Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions.
Commercial Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities.
QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards.Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills: Experience with hospital processes.Knowledge of key therapeutic areas relevant to the company's product portfolio.Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for reporting purposes.DE&I StatementFor more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) has been a part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
