We are seeking a Sales Representativeto help build our brand in Lisbon and other regions across Portugal. As a newly established company in Lisbon specializing in human resources management, we are looking for a dynamic, opportunity-creating, strong communicator, excellent negotiator with a winning mentality. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Prepare periodic activity reports. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients. Sell our HR services to businesses of all sizes, including:Recruitment and placement services Payroll and tax management services Compensation and Benefitsmanagement AI services for HR Any other products or services that our company may develop in the future Commercial Accountability: Be accountable for revenue growth. Manage the client onboarding process and act as an account manager. Contribute to building a customer service department. Have a good understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Team Building: Build a high-performing sales team that will elevate our business to the next level. Requirements: Outstanding communication skills in Portuguese and English. A proven track record of successful sales. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or any other relevant field. Strong client relationship management. Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly mastering new software.
