YOUR ROLE

SCHWARZKOPF PROFESSIONAL, a prestigious brand in the hair cosmetics sector, seeks professionals.

Identify potential clients, plan and carry out in-person visits, managing and implementing promotional sales cycles.

Initiate and follow up on commercial partnerships with clients, providing full support at every step of the sale.

Ability to handle objections, acquire and implement product knowledge, and when necessary, demonstrate the product.

Ability to prepare partnership proposals, reports, and all necessary documentation for excellent position development.

Ambition to exceed sales objectives (quantitative and qualitative).

Location: Greater Lisbon area.

YOUR SKILLS

Previous sales experience (1 to 3 years), preferably in the professional hair cosmetics industry.

Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and persuasion skills with professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications.

Ability to operate comfortably in a constantly evolving and highly competitive market segment.
