ROLE:
Generate leads and build a lasting relationship with our customers.
Commercial portfolio management, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Acquisition of new business clients by actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new offerings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in management / marketing / international business or similar (preferred).
Fluency in English.
Excellent verbal and written skills, persuasive and engaging.
Resilience, patience, active listening, and good observation.
Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the sports nutrition industry.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation.
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
