Company Overview: Kinetikos Health is a leading Digital Health company committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with Movement Disorders through cutting-edge digital solutions. Our innovative products aim to revolutionise patient outcomes and empower healthcare professionals with advanced tools. As a Sales Representative at Kinetikos, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential target customers (healthcare providers and insurers) and their key stakeholders in some European markets (e.g. Portugal, Spain, and the UK).


Responsibilities

Business Development
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, market economics, and dynamics.
Identify potential customers and channels for each selected market.
Sales and Promotion: Actively pursue new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Kinetikos' digital solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Be the voice of the market and customers inside Kinetikos.
Maintain detailed records of business opportunities and sales activities in our CRM.
Exceed sales targets and monitor adherence to Kinetikos business plans.
Gather feedback from customers regarding their utilization and engagement with Kinetikos solutions.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.



Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales to the MedTech field, preferably in Movement Disorders or Neurodegenerative diseases.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with movement disorders or MedTech technology is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Familiarity with scientific research and terminology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Availability to travel abroad and stay away from home for several days.

Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field.
