Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with business objectives.
Probe and identify customer needs and provide solutions.
Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
Research and analyze competitive and industry trends.
Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
Typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
We are looking for
Sales professional with previous experience in a similar environment; forwarding industry experience is a plus.
Able to handle multiple vertical and horizontal stakeholders with multicultural backgrounds; prior international working experience is a plus.
Able to think outside the box, deliver innovative solutions, and find new ways of working.
Flexibility while remaining accurate under stressful situations.
Strong communication skills and good commercial sense.
Proactive, able to take ownership, willing to go the extra mile for customers, and build long-term relationships.
Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 minimum) is a must.
Willingness to travel.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent ability to problem-solve and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
