This role involves handling, sourcing, and visiting current and potential customers, as well as coordinating sales activities across the Lisbon to Algarve region. This role involves handling, sourcing, and visiting current and potential customers, as well as coordinating sales activities across the Lisbon to Algarve region. The primary objective is to drive business growth by developing profitable relationships and managing end-user solutions and training programs.
Description Sales Coordination: Execute sales activities within the designated territory in line with sales goals and KPIs. Ensure adherence to sales strategies, standards, and protocols, and manage regional cross-territory sales initiatives. Account Management: Oversee account and top account management, generate new business through project and pipeline management, and collaborate with distribution partners. Conduct product and application training for distributor sales forces and end users as needed. Reporting and Planning: Utilize C4C for account, activity, and pipeline reporting in accordance with standards and protocols. Engage in sales and budget planning, turnover forecasting, and frequent activity monitoring, and participate in sales reviews with management. Market Intelligence: Support internal functions by observing and sharing market insights and customer demands. Collaborate with key account and customer group management on selected projects and ensure regular reporting of results. Exhibitions and Events: Participate in local and national exhibitions to represent the company and engage with stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with accounts, customers, and internal departments (CIC, logistics) to ensure exceptional customer service. Profile Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the professional cleaning business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Strong experience with digital communication platforms such as Teams and LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial thinker.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts.
Team player with strong selling skills and a friendly demeanor.
