Key Objectives: Market and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients; Inbound and outbound contact with clients and prospects; Cold calling to qualify leads and conversion of hot leads/inbound sales; Maintain the existing client data base and develop growth opportunities; Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction; Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability; Organize meetings withprospects to conduct sales; Conduct research to identify new business opportunities; Work to reach and exceed sales targets; Use the company's CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects; Act as an ambassador of myPOS at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks; Provide after-sales support; Prepare weekly and monthly reports
