We are currently searching for a Sales Representative in the area of Lisbon for our Advanced Surgery team. As a Sales Rep you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and delivering on sales and profit targets and selling interactions to our Healthcare customers.

What you'll be doing
Provide clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
Educate Healthcare professionals to ensure take up of company products to optimize patient outcomes.
Build, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a national strategy and identify and act upon local opportunities. Use of CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.
Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition.
Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence, including driving the tender management process.
Forecast and analyze sales and market data.

What you'll bring
Validated sales experience in the Healthcare industry, with Hospital sales experience required.
Knowledge of hospital dynamics and decision path, capital funding mechanisms.
Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring.
Ability to handle complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit.
Individual and group selling skills, as well as effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.
Creative attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly challenging environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
