In this exciting role as a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in giving technical and Operating Room support to customers to increase Medtronic Market Share through technical support and training to health professionals on our devices and therapies. You will also oversee the inventory, control, and sanity check of the pool of equipment to ensure fast and proper coverage of our installation base. The working territory is Iberia (Portugal and Galicia), and you will preferably be located in Lisbon or Porto. Responsibilities may include the following: Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within the assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. Promote and establish education on the company's products and/or services. Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities. Implement market development plans, strategies, and changes as needed. Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing. Must Haves: Degree in Life-Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree. At least 2 years of selling experience in the medical device industry or High-Tech environment. At least 2 years' experience in the Surgical field. Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, conversation, and writing). Computer literacy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of organization and prioritization skills
