As a Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will involve supporting Account Managers in sales forecast updates, processing sample requests, maintaining predefined reports, coordinating contractual matters, handling pricing and volume price agreements, executing structured tasks independently, managing customer communication and escalations, and fostering professional relationships with clients.
Your Responsibilities:Assist Account Managers in monthly sales forecast updatesManage sample requests, track sample delivery, and support data entry in CRM DynamicsPerform credit limit checks, clarify overdues, and create credit/debit notes in the ERP systemPrepare commercial offers for customers with support from BU and AM in SAP CRM toolPrepare data, track fulfillment, and adjust backlog for new volume price agreementsHandle first-level customer requests and channel them internallyExecute guided escalation processesInterface with customers and different departments to maintain professional relationships You have a passion for sales operations and a structured and strong business mindset.
You keep the big picture in mind and have a team-player attitude that allows you to motivate and inspire your team.
