Our client is a well-established real estate promoter, who is now seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support their growing operations. Descriçao da oferta The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be crucial in supporting both the sales and marketing teams. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, skilled in multitasking, and has a strong interest in sales and marketing. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks aimed at enhancing the company's commercial performance.
Description Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including client follow-ups, preparation of presentations, and maintaining CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Managed customer inquiries and provided high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction. Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. Conduct market research to identify trends, potential leads, and competitor's activities. Maintain up-to-date records of sales figures and marketing campaign results, producing reports for management review. Coordinate events and promotional activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Ensure smooth communication between the sales and marketing departments to optimize workflow efficiency. Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluency in English is essential.
