Descrição Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for medium and long-term stays.Set annual sales targets and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.Identify and develop new revenue streams to drive business growth and agility.Generate and nurture leads with potential clients, such as universities, student exchange agencies, and key partners.Conduct market research to tailor service proposals and attract new clients while expanding relationships with existing clients.Manage client accounts to identify commercial opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Collaborate on rate strategies for all revenue streams and oversee management of channel platforms.Manage the CRM system to track sales pipeline, customer data, and performance reporting.Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns for targeted market segments.Track and report sales performance with key metrics like revenue growth leads, and conversion rates.Use data to drive decision-making, predict commercial impact, and set performance goals.Provide operational support for daily sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.Safeguard the brand image, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and visual merchandising standards.Perfil ideal ~5 years of relevant experience in a similar sales management role.Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in real estate, flex-living, student accommodation, or residential housing is highly valued.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Language Skills: High proficiency in English is essential, with additional language skills being a plus.Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales strategies, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Results-driven: Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Resilience & Adaptability: Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.Proactive Approach: Takes initiative to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.Flexibility & Availability: Willing to travel and attend events, with availability to work during weekends or special events if required.Vantagens This role offers the opportunity to drive growth for a leading provider of accommodation and residential living solutions in Portugal.
