Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, follow-ups, and transaction stages. Efficiently manage and qualify inbound leads to generate new business opportunities. Conduct impactful sales calls to transition inbound leads into loyal customers. Introduce new client business to achieve or exceed monthly targets. Assist Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation. Provide advice on financial services. Here's what we are looking for: Preferred: up to 30 y.O. Proven experience in effectively managing inbound leads. High-speed internet and a laptop are mandatory. Well-organized and commercially aware. Be a highly motivated, proactive, and self-starter. Speaks Spanish and Portuguese at an idiomatic level. Fluent English speaker. Interest in the study of Fintech. Have strong negotiation skills (persuasion and working with objections will be an advantage). Competent speech, clear diction.
