We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our remote team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
