Sales Manager - Portugal

Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving annual sales plan and market development in Portugal.
Continually align business strategy toward achieving vision for segment.
Responsible for direct sales of Envecon Group Products solutions and other related services.
Plan & execute sales activities in region, expand footprint in competitive customers, upsell, cross-sell, and retain existing business.
Align internal ecosystem with customer business plans.
Co-create and execute marketing plans for Portugal market.
Focus on de-risking funnel through 10X pipeline.
Expand business through alliance and partner network across regions.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
7 to 10 years experience in ERP Sales.
Expert in hunting clients & closing deals.
Good understanding of ERP Sales cycle & target market.
Knowledge of competitors' ERP products & high-level product features pricing.
Additional Requirements:
Successful sales experience with a go-getter mentality and demonstrated ability as an effective self-starter.
Positive attitude with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
