As our Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and propelling our brands to new heights. Join us and be the catalyst for business success in the NSBU division. What you will do Drive sales and growth by expanding our customer base and brand presence through effective distributor partnerships. Manage key accounts by cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with strategic clients. Lead country development efforts across Portugal, setting the stage for continuous growth and success. Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy, guiding distributors through its execution. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements, using insights to inform strategic decisions. What we are looking for Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals. Strong capacity to guide and influence both internal and third-party sales teams. Proactive and creative problem-solver, always seeking innovative solutions. Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of securing advantageous agreements with clients and distributors. Sharp strategic thinker, adept at identifying opportunities and devising effective commercial strategies. Excellent communicator, able to convey goals, strategies, and expectations clearly across teams. Collaborative and adept at working with various departments to achieve commercial objectives.
