As a Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to strengthen the company's market presence, fuel its growth for the years ahead, and deliver exceptional service quality.
Sales Manager (North Portugal & Galicia) Key Responsibilities: - Develop a business strategy and annual plans in the region in order to achive company sales goals - Establish and nurture new customer relationships while enhancing existing ones.
- Generate sales that consistently meet or exceed set performance metrics.
- Identify specific market and consumer needs to drive concept development and sales activities within the region - Manage and optimize costs across all company processes.
Requirements - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales roles.
- Technical Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
