Sales Manager / Key Account

We are an engineering-driven company and hundreds of renowned research institutions and multinational companies have partnered with us for the past 38 years.
Our equipment has all kinds of purposes, from helping Formula 1 teams deliver more reliable cars to fighting cancer and even solving mass food production problems through crop science.
Currently we are a team of highly motivated and committed 100 members based in Sintra and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join this amazing team.
Your Role:
Monitor and expand the Distribution network in different geographies;
Promote a close relationship between Aralab and Local Distributors;
Analyze the performance of the Distributor network and propose development actions;
Prospecting and commercial monitoring of Key Accounts;
Monitoring projects and leads.
About You:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
3+ years of experience in a similar role;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven experience in project management, budgeting or technical-commercial functions;
Team player with strong collaboration skills;
Availability to travel;
Fluent in English (required).
