Sales Manager / Key Account

Aralab is a leading manufacturer of environmental chambers and is committed to make sure that our clients can simulate all kinds of environment from simulating the harshest North Pole climate to the hottest places on earth. We are an engineering-driven company and hundreds of renowned research institutions and multinational companies have partnered with us for the past 38 years.
Our equipment has all kinds of purposes, from helping Formula 1 teams deliver more reliable cars to fighting cancer and even solving mass food production problems through crop science.
Currently we are a team of highly motivated and committed 100 members based in Sintra and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join this amazing team.
Your Role:
Monitor and expand the Distribution network in different geographies;Promote a close relationship between Aralab and Local Distributors;Analyze the performance of the Distributor network and propose development actions;Prospecting and commercial monitoring of Key Accounts;Monitoring projects and leads.About You:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar;3+ years of experience in a similar role;Effective communication and interpersonal skills;Proven experience in project management, budgeting or technical-commercial functions;Team player with strong collaboration skills;Availability to travel;Fluent in English (required).Why Aralab?
