Entreprise : Valverde Santar Hotel & SPA is a luxury 5 stars hotel with a charming aristocratic manor house, built in the 17th century and set in an area with four hectares of vineyards and three hectares of garden, located in Nelas between the Estrela and Caramulo mountains, where the Mondego and Dão rivers meander.
Description du poste : Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets; Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest; Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally Coordinate with the Team to build synergy between Sales and Operational departments Determine and give complimentaries to guests with the General manager agreement Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail; Responsible for ongoing analysis & tracking of progress against milestones, identifying & prioritizing bottlenecks or opportunities for accelerating progress Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
Fluent in English Spanish, French or another European language is a must Description du profil : Work experience At least 2-years of related work experience Technical Skills • Ability to set clear goals, provide guidance, and track team performance.
