Responsibilities:
Identify and engage large installation companies and secure high-value contracts for solar panel solutions.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on installers, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build strong, long-term relationships with installation companies to support business growth and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, manage negotiations, and finalize contract terms to meet the specific needs of installer clients.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Proven experience in selling solar panels directly to installers, with a track record of closing major deals.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with high-level decision-makers in the installation sector.
