About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong communication skills and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships—someone committed to achieving excellent results for our stakeholders and our business. The ideal candidate will bring a solid history of driving revenue in a similar field. We expect you to own the sales pipeline strategically and operationally, and we are committed to providing you with all the necessary means for our joint success.


What you'll be doing Identify and reach out to decision-makers, generate new leads, and screen potential business prospects. Conduct intro calls with prospects to assess needs and introduce company offerings. Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships with potential clients and existing customers with a focus on revenue generation. Utilize in-depth knowledge of company offerings and customer research to showcase how our solutions meet client needs. Manage the presale process and all related roles. Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and other deal-related materials to support client acquisition efforts. Oversee the sales cycle to close new business opportunities and achieve personal revenue targets. Take part in creating revenue growth plans. Work closely with marketing, delivery, and finance teams to ensure sales plan execution. Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and regularly addressing their needs. Maintain and share industry insights and professional expertise within the sales team. What you'll need English level - C1/fluent. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar or related position. Experience in IT services companies. Proven track record with lead generation and deal closure. Experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Excellent communication, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Exceptional business etiquette. Proactive, innovative, and highly organized, with a focus on driving results in a proactive manner.
