Descrição Elaboration and implementation of sales strategies and annual budgets;Business development and innovation: ensuring all relevant business opportunities are tackled, followed up and further elaborated;Drive the business with the relevant National Key Accounts;Steer, coordinate and management of Shop in Shop assistants team;Execution of international initiatives in the market;Strives for best-in-class POS brand management (outstanding in premiumness)Sell through focused, including premium in-store execution and demand creation;Analyze, monitor market dynamics, consumer and customer insights, technology trends, competitor development and derive market requirements and potentials;Manage communication between key accounts and internal teams (sales team, marketing, logistics, after sales service and team members from other departments);Work closely with Sales Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets;Guide and support Trade Marketing Specialist(s) to ensure high quality aligned with the brand values, and premium presence of the optimal product mix in each type of the POS;Be responsible for the internal budget for the sales team, as well as overseeing the external budgets and targets with each retailer;Work closely with the Sales Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets;Take joint ownership and responsibility, with the Managing Director, for maximizing sales opportunities within all channels;Have a strategic view with the team on the trade channels that will secure the future of the brand in line their vision and the overall growth ambitions. Perfil ideal University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Management / Sales;5+ years business experience as Senior Sales Manager in a B2B environment / industry of a leading Premium brand and experience in Key Account Management;Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;Well organized, agile and flexible in combining work & travel duties;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English;Solid network in the industry (optional) Vantagens Join a global business and take the opportunity to lead a sales team.
