"To expand our team, we are looking for a person to provide direct support to the Nutanix team.Your responsibilities will be:To support the business unit on all aspects of product maintenance and day-to-day administrative tasksDevelopment and regular maintenance of TD SYNNEX intranet site to ensure an effective first port of call for the Sales FloorDevelop a level of product knowledge to assist in first line queries that cannot be solved via the Sales Floor use of the intranetAssist to priorities and resolve internal customer issuesPrepare callout day offer sheets and administer compass campaignsSupport the Sales Floor with the vendor bid processRecognition and appropriate escalation of potential problemsTo support the category and business development team with day-to-day operational activitiesYour experiences and knowledge: Interest in the B2B technology sectorGood level of EnglishMotivation and willingness to learn and perform new tasksBe proactive and have effective communication skills to work in a teamTime management and prioritizing skillsGood communication skillsWorking knowledge of Office 365Interpersonal SkillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyIT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programmes and Competition would be an advantageSpanish will be a plus.And finally... but no less important:You will work in an international environment for a Fortune Top 100 organization.We are an organization that takes our values very seriously and pays genuine attention to "diversity and inclusion.
