We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our brand new, soon to be open 95 room Wilde Aparthotel on Rua Castilho, Lisbon, Portugal. This is a particularly exciting opening for us as it will be our first Wilde Aparthotel in Portugal!
Our new aparthotel will celebrate Lisbon's finest with an emphasis on great coffee, perfectly crafted pastries, and a menu of delightful small plates that highlight local flavours.
On weekends, there will be DJs spinning the best tracks, creating a dynamic atmosphere that blends the laid-back charm of Lisbon with the energy of its thriving nightlife.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Hotel, Aparthotel or Property Sales, in the luxury lifestyle segment, along with prior experience working in the Portuguese market, and local market knowledge - this is an absolute requirement for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a great attitude and friendly manner to join the team at an exciting time of expansion for the group.

Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.Promotion: Actively and dynamically promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.What we are looking for: Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, Reservations and/or Property Account ManagementPrior experience working in the Portuguese market, and local market knowledgeWorking knowledge of English and PortugueseNew business generationCorporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segmentsKnowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales NavigatorLocal market and GDS knowledge is preferredAssist with the administration of the day-to-day property management systems (e.g.
Opera/Ideas/SiteMinder/Salesforce – training will be provided).Providing timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports.Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.Fiercely proactive with a can-do attitudeRelationship ManagementCustomer and local market dynamics/trendsWillingness to travel when neededDriving sales activity to generate new business and grow existing businessIf you possess the ability to navigate through challenges with a blend of kindness and clarity, backed by data-driven decision-making skills, we'd love to hear from you!
