You'll integrate the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team. MMB offers a range of services and solutions designed to help organizations manage and optimize their employee benefits programs, focusing on areas such as health and wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits packages, tailoring solutions to the needs of each organization. Support with the commercial proposals and lead generation. Engage with HR, finance, and other decision-makers to understand their employee benefits needs and challenges. Identification and development of sales strategies. Global and European sales network development. Prepare, manage, and analyze sales pipeline reports - CRM Salesforce. Development of commercial presentations for MMC. Active integration of Sales and Marketing activity. What you need to have: Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar. 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within employee benefits, insurance, or related industries.
