Sales & Events Manager - Valverde Santar Hotel & Spa

Job Description Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets; Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest; Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally Coordinate with the Team to build synergy between Sales and Operational departments Determine and give complimentaries to guests with the General manager agreement Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, or email; Responsible for ongoing analysis & tracking of progress against milestones, identifying & prioritizing bottlenecks or opportunities for accelerating progress Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
lincluding up-selling;  Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing).
Carry out technical visits for groups, events and weddings; Plan, manage and organize events in accordance with clients requests; Made contract suppliers; Organize and manage the work team necessary to carry out the event; Reserve the necessary location and equipment, including the decorations chosen for the event; Monitor the entire event; Obtain feedback from participants post-event.
Qualifications Work experience At least 2-years of related work experience Technical Skills • Ability to set clear goals, provide guidance, and track team performance.
• Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Strong  negotioation skills • Basic Computer Knowledge.

Additional Information Fluent in English Spanish, French or another European language is a must
