Job DescriptionDevelop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets;Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest;Promote awareness of brand image internally and externallyCoordinate with the Team to build synergy between Sales and Operational departmentsDetermine and give complimentaries to guests with the General manager agreementProcess all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, or email;Responsible for ongoing analysis & tracking of progress against milestones, identifying & prioritizing bottlenecks or opportunities for accelerating progressContact appropriate individual or department (, Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
