Your responsibilities and tasks:For our Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager based in Lisbon.
The person who assumes this position must perform the following tasks:
Proactive prospection of assigned territory to generate business opportunitiesDevelop business relationships with key stakeholders based on expertise and integrityCommunicate customer requirements and coordinate sales effortsElaborate added value proposals and follow-up activelyAcquire market intelligence and report sales activitiesParticipate in exhibitions, workshops and other customer eventsYour profile and qualifications:Engineering degree with mechanical / industrial specialization
Master's degree positively evaluated
Experience (>3 years) with Industrial Refrigeration or similar preferably in B2B sales
Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical data and engineering systems
Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, other languages (Spanish) evaluated positively
Good interpersonal skills and work well in team settings as well as independently
Willing and able to travel up to 50%
Able to make decisions in a position of great autonomy within the strategic guidelines
Self-motivated
