Are you ready to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Porto, Portugal?
As an integral part of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing new partner accounts and building relationships with key contacts across various customer segments.
Your impact on the company's success is significant, making your role crucial and rewarding.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, our CRM system.
- Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities.
**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of outbound SDR experience in selling HR tech and/or fintech products.
- Familiarity with UK, US, and LATAM regions.
- Comfortable with cold calling and adept at writing email campaigns that convert.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate internally and externally for process improvement.
**Preferred Skills:**

- You have previous experience in HR or Fintech companies.
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup or in a remote & distributed team setting.
