If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Sales Development Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site), you will act as a Sales Agent for one of our clients with a focus on understanding our customer needs and persistence on following up with leads and converting them into sales.
What you will do in this role

Selling premium insurance for a world-renowned brand to existing and new customers
Being a loyal advocate for the brand supporting customers to understand the benefits of the insurance services available
Able to give peace of mind and security to loyal and new customers
Excellent motivation, high work ethics and a constant desire to not give up

Your qualifications

Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Prior experience in outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO
Resilience to objections and ability to overcome customer concerns and to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport and establish trust
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convince customers to purchase insurance
Ability to self-motivate
Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
