We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our team and help us expand our reach in Switzerland's solar energy market.

Scout out and connect with potential clients in Switzerland.
Research leads, start engaging conversations, and set up key meetings.

What you will be doing:Generate leads by identifying and researching potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors for self-consumption energy projects.Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our energy solutions.Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients and determine fit for our services.Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales and operations team with qualified leads.Maintain communication with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.Track all activities and interactions with prospects in the CRM system (we work with Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.Work closely with the Head of Origination and Marketing team to develop strategies for engaging and converting leads.Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve our products and sales processes.You will report to:Our Head of Origination DACH, Fabian Meier.
Who are we looking for?Previous experience in inside/internal sales, customer success, account management, or similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swiss German and English, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade decision-makers. Knowledge of French or bilingual is an advantage.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.Comfortable using digital tools for outreach, communication, and research.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Pick up the phone mentality: you are not afraid to get the conversation started.WorkplaceThis role is based in Portugal or Spain. We have offices in Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, and Zaragoza; preferably, we are looking for someone who is based in one of these cities. You will be traveling to Switzerland occasionally.
