We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to support our sales team part-time. You will play a key role in maintaining our German and English speaking customers and be significantly involved in acquiring new ones. You'll ensure that all internal processes run smoothly and that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level.
As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), you will work from our modern office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work from home several days a week.
What will you do as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)? Actively reach out to potential (both German and English speaking) customers (leads) by phone to schedule sales appointments. Manage and advise existing customers while also assisting in new client acquisition. Provide charming and professional customer contact over the phone. Work closely with the sales team and assist in acquiring new customers. Support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns. Prepare offers and contracts in collaboration with the sales team. Maintain and expand our customer database within the CRM system. Assist with the planning and execution of sales initiatives. What do you need to be successful as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)? Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Initial experience in sales is a plus. Language skills: Fluent in English and German as this role will also be interacting with our German-speaking customers. Strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus. Organizational talent and a structured, independent working style. Experience with CRM systems and MS Office. Team spirit and self-motivation. Confident and friendly demeanor on the phone.
