This role will specifically work with the subsidiary Balihoo. Balihoo is franchise marketing done differently by bridging the gap between collaboration and performance in multi-location marketing, offering cutting-edge digital solutions to franchise and multi-brand clients since 2009.

About the Role
The COOL company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Balihoo sales team by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities that become Balihoo customers. Your customer prospects will be franchisees of highly recognizable franchise organizations across all verticals including home services, healthcare, and education.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively identify and research potential leads using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM databases, etc.).
Outbound Outreach : Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce Balihoo's solutions.
Qualifying Leads : Engage in initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and qualify them as sales opportunities.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and the sales team.
CRM Management : Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth hand-offs to Account Executives.
Market & Industry Research : Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape to better target prospects.
Follow-up : Nurture leads through regular follow-up communications to keep them engaged until they are ready for a formal sales conversation.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role.
Exceptional Persuasive Communication Skills : Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication, with an ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
Goal-Oriented : A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
CRM Experience : Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
Resilience : Ability to handle objections, rejection, and remain persistent in securing meetings with prospects.
Time Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using sales enablement tools, research platforms, and communication technologies.
Fast Learner : Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions and apply knowledge to develop effective sales pitches.
Experience selling to Small Business (SMB) customers preferred but not required.
Experience selling advertising or ad tech solutions preferred but not required.
