We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Development Representative who thrives on SaaS B2B Enterprise lead generation and sales, with a strong focus on discovery and solving client pain points, passionate about technology and eager to learn about using outbound tools and AI-driven strategies to drive sales at scale.
In this role, you'll leverage a suite of advanced sales and automation tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
Our tech stack includes leading CRM platforms Pipedrive, AI-driven prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Helper, Amplemarket, and other cutting-edge automation solutions for lead management and nurturing.

Responsibilities:
develop and implement effective sales strategies to hunt new leads (with a focus on the US market)
manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This includes lead generation and prospecting, holding discovery sessions, product demos, technical discussions, negotiation meetings and closing deals
leverage automation and AI tools to efficiently manage and nurture leads.
conduct insightful discovery sessions to uncover client needs, pain points, and business impacts
build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery
offer technology as a means to an end, not the end itself
be an evangelist for our solutions and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Tell us about your:
proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the B2B space, with a track record on enterprise accounts (experience in Financial Services is a plus)
strong hunter and lead generation skills
proficient in using automation tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
knowledge of Intelligent Automation is highly desirable
strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring activities and outcomes
experience in navigating complex buying journeys, with multiple stakeholders, that required change management for the implementation with a mix between technology, people, and processes
you should be comfortable engaging in technical discussions with IT teams, particularly concerning API integrations and how our solutions fit within existing tech environments
excellent communication and listening skills, fluent in English is a must/have
passionate about technology and staying current with industry trends
