Finastra Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities
This is an exciting lead generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their sales career within a leading financial services software organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Work closely with the marketing department to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients.
Keep up to date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
Participate in training programs as directed by the manager.
Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system.
Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Experience
0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or French or Spanish or Italian or Arabic is a must.
Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
Account Management experience is a plus.
