Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls and managing a sales pipeline through CRM software.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
Proven track record in sales, with a strong capability in cold calling and target-driven environments.
Proficient in digital marketing and possess effective questioning skills and business acumen to identify potential leads.
Strategic thinker with skills in high-value pitching and digital media mix planning.
Ability to handle objections and influence without authority.
Training & Compensation: Comprehensive 15-day training program, covering product services, software tools, and customer management.
Training is conducted in English and is fully compensated.
Monthly gross salary: €1,227.33, plus a variable productivity bonus up to €300.00.
Additional benefits include meal allowances and holiday bonuses.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, typically spread over 5 days.
Specific schedule details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Contract Details: Initial term contract of 12 months with potential extension.
Permanent contract consideration after 2 years.

General Information: Portuguese employment contract, thus Portuguese public holidays and labor laws apply.
