Company Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in promoting digital solutions to potential clients, helping them achieve their goals through effective digital marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for:
Reaching out to potential clients (outbound calls) to assist in sign-up and onboarding.Engaging with prospects to build strong connections with the platform.Utilizing industry and market knowledge to consultatively sell advertising solutions.Conducting effective questioning to identify customer needs and opportunities.Developing business acumen to recognize sales potential and drive conversion.Presenting high-value sales pitches and handling objections with confidence.Leveraging digital marketing knowledge and media planning skills to maximize impact.Strategically influencing decision-makers without direct authority. Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of digital marketing and the digital media landscape.Consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage decision-makers.Experience in business development and a deep understanding of sales strategies.Ability to handle objections and influence potential clients effectively.Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams. Training and Compensation 15 working days of paid training (8 hours/day) covering products and services, digital tools, and customer management techniques.On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.Training Compensation: 92.80 per week for successful trainees. Employment Details Working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day).Salary: Starting from 1,227.33 (gross monthly salary), including allowances for meals, holidays, and Christmas.Bonus: Variable productivity bonus based on performance (up to 320).Contract: Temporary 12-month renewable contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.Benefits: Private health and dental insurance, meal allowance paid via a prepaid card. Additional Information The workplace is located in Lisbon.Full-time employees are entitled to Portuguese public holidays and up to 22 vacation days annually.During the first month of employment, employees will be on a trial period.
