Responsibilities:
Customer support during the construction of online advertising campaigns and continuous optimization.
Assistance in improving profit margins and customer sales.
Provision of individual solutions and customer-oriented marketing strategies.
What you'll need:
Fluent in Dutch and a good level of English.
Exemplary communication and listening skills.
Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently.
Positive mindset.
Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
