DESCRIPTION
While launching a new brand and a new team, we're in search of a client-oriented real estate professional, focusing on the sales side and managing the process according to John Taylor's high standards. As part of a young team, in a company launch environment, flexibility, availability and autonomy in the management of the process are important factors. Our ideal candidate is an experienced real estate consultant, client focused, sales oriented and a positive team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsabilidades:

Prospeção e análise de mercado

Acompanhamento de clientes nacionais ou estrangeiros, proprietários e compradores

Angariação de ativos, imóveis e propriedades

Pesquisa e avaliação de oportunidades de aquisição de imóveis

Venda/Arrendamento de imóveis

Gestão do processo e do cliente garantindo a satisfação do mesmo

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and market analysis

Monitoring of domestic or foreign customers, owners and buyers

Getting real estate and properties listing mandates

Research and evaluation of property acquisition opportunities

Sale / Lease of properties

Process and customer management ensuring customer satisfaction

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Perfil do candidato:

Experiência na área imobiliária e/ ou Vendas e Marketing será valorizada

Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e boa apresentação

Fortes competências de comunicação e argumentação

Autonomia e orientação para resultados

Capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo

Domínio de inglês e preferencialmente francês

Bons conhecimentos de informática

Honestidade e Ética

Candidate Profile:

Experience in real estate and/or Sales and Marketing will be valued

Ease of interpersonal relationships and good presentation

Strong communication and argumentation skills

Autonomy and results orientation

Organizational and time management skills

Domain of English and preferably French

Good computer skills

Honesty and Ethics
