This role involves identifying and capturing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Understand client requirements and tailor infrastructure solutions to meet their needs.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.Solution Delivery:Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of infrastructure solutions.Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for additional business.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and finance, to support sales efforts.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in sales and business development within the infrastructure sector.Strong understanding of infrastructure solutions, including cloud, networking, and data center technologies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills:Sales and business developmentClient relationship managementMarket research and analysisProposal and presentation developmentContract negotiationProject managementTechnical knowledge of infrastructure solutions
