Position: This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and a Sales Assistant, working in the most prestigious region of Algarve.

Responsibilities: Management Support and Team Assistance Support management and team assistants to ensure smooth daily operations; Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the board, managing priorities effectively; Organize corporate events and networking activities to strengthen business relationships; Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth integration process; Real Estate and Client Management Proactively acquire properties and clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities; Assist clients (buyers and owners) throughout the buying and selling process, providing expert guidance and support; Build strong customer loyalty through exceptional service and ongoing engagement; Facilitate seamless communication with lawyers and other stakeholders after an offer is accepted; Organize and provide support for property viewings and open house events; Market Analysis and Business Development Conduct competitive analysis and study market trends to identify growth opportunities; Monitor the property market to capitalize on new business prospects; Administrative Support Collaborate on marketing initiatives; Prepare and design presentations for clients, tailored to their specific needs; Ensure efficiency and quality in the company's operational processes by optimizing workflows; Team Collaboration Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve operations and drive results.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Candidate Profile: Previous experience in client management, administrative, or commercial roles.
Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are an advantage).
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, property values, and client needs in the area.
Knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM platforms.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven personality.
Residency in or near the Quinta do Lago, Almancil, or Triangulo Dourado region (preferred).
