PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in Lisbon.
As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant's responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.
YOUR IMPACT You can implement valuable actions and strategies covering the following areas of responsibilities:
SALES Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniquesDemonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our productsKnow the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on salesProvide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mileUnderstand how to handle customer database and clientelingMANAGEMENT OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communicationDevelop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clientsProblem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the clientBACK-OFFICE SUPPORT Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update the stock after sales, when necessaryElaborate and supervise product feedbackPreparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products' packaging and wrapping.WHAT YOU CAN BRING Requirements: Preferred Experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.Knowledge of the products and the selling techniques.University education or a Fashion school degree.English (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus).Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.Soft & Interpersonal skills: Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take upon different challenges and new responsibilitiesPositive and kind attitudeTeam-working attitudeCommitted, flexible and willing to learnStrong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison.Working by objectives and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindsetAbility to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication.
