Sales Assistant - Lisboa

As one of the faces of The Feeting Room in Lisboa, you will attend to our customers, helping each one either find exactly what they came in for or fall in love with our products. You will uphold our reputation by maintaining a unique retail experience.You will assist the store manager, namely by ensuring that the store presentation is up to our standards and that all products are properly displayed.Over time, you will find yourself immersed in our vision and will be able to bring forward your own ideas to the job. You will be eager to develop your skills and will be able to brainstorm new ways of improving sales or new processes for keeping the store and the team organized and satisfied.Responsibilities:Assist customers in finding products.Maintain store presentation and product displays.Contribute ideas for improving sales and store organization.Qualifications:You are organized, punctual, and flexible regarding schedules.You show initiative and vision.You are passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands.You are communicative and find it easy to approach customers.You are able to work autonomously.Minimum retail experience: 2 years.Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory.Other languages are a plus.Job Type:Integral/Full-timeWorking Hours:Período diárioSupplementary Compensation:Décimo terceiro salárioSubsídio de NatalExperience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
