Your mission will be to represent the brand image and values at the front of the business. You will be in charge of the whole process of direct sales in the shop and the correct treatment of the customer.
If you start acquiring the following responsibilities from day one, your contribution will be remarkable:
Consulting with customers throughout the sales process; advising and informing on models and sizes, resolving incidents, cashing up at the till, etc.Operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, warehouse.Keeping the shop visual always tidy and aligned with the brand values.You will be the visible face of Citees, so you will be responsible for transmitting our values of young spirit, creativity and commitment to the environment in the sales process.You will be responsible for customer service, understanding their needs, resolving incidents and analysing the user's preferences and needs.Knowing the catalogue, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, delivery times and operations. What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant? Be a person with good social skills, used to working in front of the public and who is sales and results oriented.You will need to be able to listen to the customer, ask the right questions to understand their needs and be able to sell them the best solutions for what they are looking for, so previous sales experience is important to succeed as a Sales Assistant.Tourism is reviving and we want to give everyone the opportunity to buy our products so English should be your second language.You will enjoy selling, encouraging cross-selling and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, together with your colleagues, to achieve the shop's sales targets, therefore, the customer must be your main priority.You will have flexible working hours to manage rotating shifts together with your colleagues.
