Sales Assistant

Experience in a similar role (preferred)

The profile we're looking for: Proficiency in spoken and written English and French, with knowledge of other languages being valued;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred);
Ability to communicate and argue with clients;
Ability to plan and organize;
Dynamism and proactivity;
Resistance to stress and capacity for initiative, adaptation and autonomy in an industrial environment;
Goal-oriented.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for administrative tasks such as compiling data, preparing documents, drawing up reports, controlling maps, filing, etc.;
Control and monitoring of orders on hand, both in terms of production and dispatch, from receipt of the order form to dispatch of the equipment by land/sea/air (contact with freight forwarders, shipping companies and airlines);
Invoicing and stock control;
Internal and external telephone answering.
